An interactive and engaging CD-ROM for professionals or parents to explore and gain an in-depth understanding of the drug issues effecting young people. It covers illegal and legal drugs, information on the drug laws in the UK and the reasons why young people may use drugs. The content is based on the drugsandstuff.co.uk website.
drugsandstuff specialise in providing training and awareness programmes. Covering young people, drugs, alcohol, HIV, hepatitis, infection control, LGBT and sexual health issues. Our clients include drug and alcohol action teams (DAATs), social services, LEAs & schools, PCTs and Connexions Partnerships.
The contents of drugsandstuff.co.uk are based on a previously commissioned website, handouts previously provided to participants on drug training courses facilitated by John Mosley, Independent Trainer and Consultant (see training).
Training is tailered to professionals working with young people or adults.
